Herewith we would like to introduce you our rental services, which we can offer you in order to find a house for rent on a short notice.

We are a member of the Dutch Broker Association (NVM) which gives us the possibility to see each day what all brokers in our area offer for rent through our modern computer system. In this way you don't need to call every broker each week. The only thing you have to do is to give us a call and tell us what type of house you are looking for and we will take care of everything else.

A short review of our rental services:

You tell us what type of house you are looking for by which date.
We will start looking which properties are offered by all the brokers in our area.
If you want to see a house we will make the appointment for you and will visit the house with you to give an advice.
If you find a house that you like, we will negociate on your behalf to establish a favourable agreement and will see to it that an official contract is made up with a translation.
Finally we will end our mediation on the day that the tenancy starts and we will hand you the keys and make an inspection report of the house to see if everything is in accordance with the agreement.
If we succeed in finding a house for you our commission will be the amount of one month's rent plus taxes.
